Details

The project consists of 12, two-bedroom apartments with a basement car park. Located in close proximity to the University of Queensland, the aim of the project was to capitalise on the demand for shared student rental accommodation.

By utilising Council required side boundary setbacks for the primary entry into the building, MWA were able to minimise the footprint of the circulation core of the building and, in turn, maximise unit sizes and numbers within the confines of Council’s plot ratio requirements.
